How often do you give your power away? Ever feel that you are missing something important in your life but you can't quite put your finger on it? Are you struggling to understand your path in life? Do you feel drained and don't understand why?

Often there are spiritual imbalances in a person that have major repercussions in our physical world. To this extent, Katherine works with others through workshops, classes, individual coaching, and healing consultations.

Shamanism is the collective name that anthropologists have given to the spiritual beliefs and practices of the world's indigenous people. It truly is the oldest spiritual tradition known in the world. The practice of shamanism is a method, not a religion. It coexists with established religions in many cultures (Michael Harner "Shamanic Healing"). Over tens of thousands of years our ancient ancestors used shamanic methods to contact sources of wisdom and power – not just to benefit themselves, but to bring healing, knowledge, and practical wisdom to their peoples (Susan Mokelke "Core Shamanism and Daily Life). It utilizes both healing work and divination to be of service to those in need.

Healing sessions could include power animal retrieval, soul retrieval, extraction work, or whatever other work the compassionate helping spirits deem necessary at that time. Shamanic practitioners can also serves as an intermediary between the helping spirits and those seeking answers to things happening in their life. "Both in traditional indigenous settings and in contemporary society, shamans work within a holistic framework. They address the spiritual side of illness in a complementary relationship with the nonspiritual treatment of illness and injury."  (Michael Harner, Cave and Cosmos, p. 48.)
